Mitch Bennett is a Master of Laws (LL.M.) candidate in the Stanford Program in Law, Science, and Technology (LST) at Stanford Law School. He holds a Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. Drawing from practice in data, cybersecurity, privacy, and surveillance law and policy, he is exploring the intersection of tech regulation, data politics, and digital trade in respect to the United States, Australia, and China.
