
Caroline Meinhardt is an AI policy researcher and frequent contributor to DigiChina. She previously researched and advised multinational companies and EU stakeholders on China’s development and regulation of emerging technologies including AI at APCO Worldwide and the Mercator Institute for China Studies. She holds a bachelor’s in Chinese Studies from the University of Cambridge and a master’s in International Policy from Stanford University.
