
Caroline is a Master’s in International Policy student at Stanford University, where she specializes in Cyber Policy and Security. Previously, Caroline spent five years working in Beijing and Berlin as a China-focused consultant and analyst. In her roles at APCO Worldwide and the Mercator Institute for China Studies, she researched and advised multinational companies and EU stakeholders on Chinese technology and industrial policy initiatives. Caroline has also researched China’s governance of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and was a fellow with the Centre for the Governance of AI. Caroline holds a degree in Chinese Studies from the University of Cambridge.
