Gabriel is a Yenching Scholar at Peking University and an International AI Governance affiliate at Concordia AI. Previously, he worked as a science and technology policy analyst at China Policy, a strategic advisory firm, and conducted research at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Gabriel holds a BA in International Studies from Leiden University, with a minor in Data Science and AI.
