Jamie P. Horsley is a senior fellow at the Paul Tsai China Center and visiting lecturer in law at Yale Law School, as well as a visiting fellow in the John L. Thornton China Center at the Brookings Institution. Her project work and research revolve primarily around issues of governance and regulatory reform in China. She was formerly executive director of the Yale China Law Center.
