Mikk Raud is a first-year graduate student at Stanford University, focusing on cyber security and policy. Prior to Stanford, Mikk spent eight years studying and working in the Greater China region. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Government and Law from the University of Hong Kong and a master's degree in Economics from the Yenching Academy of Peking University. Mikk was previously a cybersecurity consultant for Control Risks in Hong Kong, where his duties included helping clients navigate the increasingly complex cyber security governance framework of China.
