Sam is a master's student in East Asian Studies at Stanford, specializing in the connection between Chinese technological and foreign policy. He has several years’ experience working in private sector consulting and investment in Oxford, London, Australia, and New Zealand. At DigiChina, Sam will be conducting research on Chinese semiconductor policy and its implications for supply chain security. Previously, Sam studied at the University of Oxford and National Taiwan University as a New Zealand Prime Minister’s Scholar for Asia.
