Seaton Huang is a Research Associate in the Asia Program and the Digital and Cyberspace Policy Program at the Council on Foreign Relations. His work focuses on emerging technologies; cybersecurity; economic and industrial policy; and internet and telecommunications policy in the United States and China.
Seaton holds a M.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Northeastern University. He studied and worked in China as a Fulbright-Hays Scholar and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
