Steven Zhao is an undergraduate at Stanford studying Economics and Computer Science. He is currently Co-President of the Forum for American-Chinese Exchange at Stanford, and is interested in China’s political economy and technology. In particular, he wants to learn more about Chinese industrial policy and its effects on technological development. Outside of DigiChina, Steven is also interested in Chinese digital communities and how they react to ever-changing political conditions. He lived in Atlanta and Beijing before coming to Stanford.
