Yongjia Chen is a student editor of DigiChina and a Master’s in International Policy candidate at Stanford University, where she specializes in cyber policy and security. Before coming to Stanford, she earned her bachelor’s degree in English, with a minor in International Politics and Economics, from Beijing Foreign Studies University. She is originally from Wuhan, China.
